We are located at 2314 DuBois Drive right off HWY 30 (hospital exit) in Warsaw, Indiana. We are next door to the gas station in the log cabin!

Tuesday & Wed – 9:00 to 7:00
Thursday & Friday – 9:00 to 5:30
Saturday – 8:00 to 12:00

Jason P. Rich, O.D.
Dr. Rich is an Indiana University School of Optometry graduate – skilled in eye pathology, examination, and treatment.
Dana Stahly
An original member of the Spectacle Shoppe team, Dana has over 25 years of optical and office management experience.
Shelly Aker
Shelly is our Office Manager and an expert in appointment scheduling, billing, and contact lenses.
Pat Lockridge
Pat is a knowledgeable Optician and lab technician with over 15 years of experience.
Mike Stahly
Mike brings the optical lab much technical and engineering experience and has streamlined the lens manufacturing process.
Brooklyn Runner
Brooklyn joins us from WCHS Co-Op Program and assists in office administration.
